About the Role
ELIXR Labs is looking for a Marketing, Pre-Sales & Business Development professional with 4–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, pre-sales, outbound outreach and sales support, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing and creative services.
The ideal candidate will be robust in lead generation, prospect research, email/LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, lead qualification and appointment setting, with working experience in customer discussions, requirement understanding, follow-ups, reporting and prospect management.
The candidate will also support the promotion of ELIXR Studios' video, creative and AI content services through social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and research potential B2B clients across target industries and geographies.
• Build and maintain qualified prospect databases using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools.




• Identify relevant decision-makers such as CXOs, Marketing Heads, IT Heads, HR/TA Heads, Procurement and Business Heads.
• Research accounts and prospects to identify business needs and potential prospects.
• Generate leads for both ELIXR Labs technology services and ELIXR Studios creative/AI content services.
Outbound Outreach
• Execute daily email, LinkedIn and cold-calling campaigns.
• Create and manage outreach sequences and follow-up campaigns.
• Personalize messaging based on the prospect, industry, business requirement and service offering.
• Track outreach, responses, meetings and conversions.
• Experiment with different messaging, subject lines and outreach approaches to improve engagement.
Lead Qualification & Inbound Lead Handling
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on requirement, business need, budget, timeline and decision-making process.
