Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the engineering team responsible for delivering business-critical Salesforce capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with a high-performing engineering team during an exciting phase of growth, building scalable solutions that support Autodesk's vision to imagine, design, and create a better world.
Working closely with Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Partner with Architects, Principal Engineers, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality Salesforce capabilities
Develop complex custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components,
and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows while applying platform best practices
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), middleware, and integration frameworks
Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage Salesforce deployments across multiple settings while ensuring smooth releases and minimal disruption
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, technical specifications, and release documentation
Monitor and optimize Salesforce application performance through code optimization, query tuning, and performance analysis
Evaluate current Salesforce capabilities, platform features, and industry trends to recommend continuous imp
