The Senior Recruiting Coordinator serves as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and effective experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role provides subject matter expertise in recruiting operations, systems, and processes; supports complex hiring activity across global teams; maintains compliance and data integrity; and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and candidate experience.

Key accountabilities include:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to coordinate recruitment activities across multiple functions, locations, and time zones.
Manage complex interview scheduling and logistics, including executive, panel, and high-volume hiring, while providing proactive candidate communication and timely issue resolution.
Create and maintain requisitions, candidate records, interview documentation, and hiring transactions in Workday and other recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise on recruiting processes, policies, systems, and service standards, and guide recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders through operational requirements.
