About The Job:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with solid hands-on experience managing end-to-end implementation projects from design through cutover and go-live.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale implementation programs, managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Essential Job Functions:
Lead projects from planning, design, execution, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Prepare and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project milestones.
Track and manage project scope, cost, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies,



and critical deliverables.
Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, clients, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
Drive SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), deployment readiness assessments, cutover planning, and production go-live activities.
Manage change requests and ensure timely resolution of project issues and roadblocks.
Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and management updates.
Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and business objectives.
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required to achieve project goals.
Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and implementation outcomes.
