About the Role

We are looking for a motivated People Associate who can work closely with the People team and hiring managers across the organisation. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced setting, is comfortable taking ownership, and wants exposure to both Talent Acquisition and broader HR operations.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition
Own and support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and functions.
Understand hiring requirements and role expectations from hiring managers and convert them into effective JDs and sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities and other relevant channels.
Screen candidates through initial conversations and assess role fit, communication and relevant experience.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the candidate pipeline, hiring trackers and recruitment dashboards.
Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure hiring processes move efficiently.




Support offer discussions, documentation and pre-joining engagement.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and upcoming roles.

HR Operations
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Assist with onboarding, documentation, employee records and HRIS updates.
Support probation and confirmation processes.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Support attendance, leave and other HR administration processes.
Help maintain HR policies, trackers, reports and employee documentation.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to resolve routine HR queries.
Support HR projects and process improvements as the organisation grows.

People & Culture
Work closely with employees across different teams and levels.
Help create a positive and structured employee experience.
