We are seeking a Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Benefits Functional to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications within a Managed Services (AMS) environment.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Advantages modules. The individual will ensure accurate execution of seamless benefits administration, aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.
The role requires robust functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.




6+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Benefits modules
Strong AMS / production support experience
Hands-on in: Benefits enrollment & lifecycle management, Incident, SR, and enhancement handling
Experience in Fast Formulas (Comp & Benefits)
Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent, Compensation
Ability to work independently in client-facing environments
Configure and support Oracle Benefits module (end-to-end)
Configure plans, eligibility, workflows, worksheets, and budgets
Support advantages lifecycle: enrollment, life events, rates, dependents
Manage AMS activities: incidents, service requests, enhancements, configuration
Troubleshoot production issues & post-go-live support
Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent
Support year-end cycles and continuous improvements
Work with global (US & international) compensation & benefits practices
