Project Manager - Projects and Development Services
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction and development projects from inception through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Initiation
Define project scope, objectives,



and deliverables in collaboration with clients and senior management
Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business cases for development prospects
Establish project governance structures and communication protocols

Project Execution and Delivery
Manage all phases of project delivery including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Monitor project progress against established milestones and KPIs
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications
Manage change orders, variations, and scope adjustments as needed
