Key Responsibilities
Project Financial Management
Partner with project teams to develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze project actuals, commitments, accruals, and forecast variances.
Identify financial risks, gaps, and corrective actions to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting activities.
Track project spend against approved funding and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.





Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for project and portfolio stakeholders.
Perform detailed variance analysis and explain key financial trends.
Maintain financial data integrity within ERP and Project Portfolio Management systems.
Support leadership reporting through development of accurate and timely financial insights.
Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis activities.

Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to Project Financial Management standards, processes, and controls.
Support project audits, financial reviews, and governance activities.
Maintain project financial documentation and supporting records.
Assist with project capitalization, procurement, and financial compliance activities.
Drive issue identification and resolution for project financial concerns.
