Job Summary
The Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day departmental activities, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and following company procedures and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assigned production and operational activities as per instructions.
Follow work procedures, quality standards, and production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
Identify and report quality issues or operational problems to the supervisor.
Follow attendance, discipline, safety, and company policies.
Coordinate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Complete assigned work accurately and within the required time.
Support other departmental activities as assigned by the supervisor.





Qualifications
Education: No specific qualification required / 8th, 10th, or 12th preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills: Basic understanding of work instructions, teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
