You would be responsible for ITIL Based Service Delivery inclusive of Networks, EMail, Backup, Security administration and Management.

Educational Qualification: (BSc, BTech, 3 yrs Diploma)
Desktop Knowledge: (Outlook Fundamentals, OS related issue )
3 MS Outlook, O365 admin, G-suite, Teams, VC fundamentals
Knowledge of Any UTM/Firewall (Sonicwall, Sophos, Fortinet)
Should have worked with Backup Solutions
Should have worked with Anti Virus, patches
training /Knowledge of CCNA or Microsoft. certification is preferable
9 Communication Skill Excellent and Speak with foreign Clients
Work Experience 3 -6 years in the desired role
