Durgashtra Private Limited (ISO 9001:2015 certified) is a Madurai, Tamil Nadu based security and intelligence services company providing professional guarding, electronic surveillance, safety and risk-focused security solutions.

Lead Durgashtra’s key client accounts across corporate, industrial, institutional and residential security contracts, driving client satisfaction, renewals and account growth.

Role & responsibilities

- Own relationships with key corporate and institutional clients
- Lead contract renewals, proposals and pricing discussions
- Run periodic service reviews with clients and operations teams
- Identify upsell opportunities across guarding, surveillance and safety services
- Guide and coach account / client relationship managers

Qualification & skills

- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Proven B2B account-management experience (security / facility services preferred)
- Solid negotiation, presentation and reporting skills
