Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and configure ServiceNow solutions based on approved designs. The candidate will work with the development team to deliver scalable platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, and automated testing.
Must-Have Skills
• 6–10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
• Strong JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
• Experience in Flow Designer and Workflow development
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functional modules and architecture
• Experience developing Catalog Items
• Strong knowledge of UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs
• Experience with Integration Hub and API integrations
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting and debugging
• Experience with defect resolution and code/configuration reviews
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Ability to estimate and deliver sprint backlog items
• Valuable technical documentation and communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills
• ITOM – IT Operations Management
• ITAM – IT Asset Management
• ITBM – IT Business Management
• HRSD/HR Service Delivery
• GRC / IRM
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Experience with complex enterprise integrations
• Experience working in large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs
Key Responsibilities




• Build and configure ServiceNow solutions based on approved designs.
• Develop scripts, flows, workflows, and catalog items.
• Develop Integration Hub spokes and API integrations.
• Create and maintain ATF test cases.
• Participate in code/configuration reviews and maintain platform standards.
• Estimate and deliver sprint backlog items.
• Support defect triage and resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation for delivered solutions.
