- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure D365 entities, workflows, business processes, forms, and views.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse-based solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, and Java Script.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution specifications.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to development standards.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of D365 CRM solutions.
