IT Recruiter LATAM Sourcing

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1 3 years of experience in technology recruitment, with hands-on experience in LATAM (Latin America) candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with international talent markets and sourcing qualified IT professionals across LATAM.

Spanish language proficiency will be an added advantage, particularly for candidates who have experience communicating with Spanish-speaking candidates or recruiting across Spanish-speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals across LATAM markets using Linked In, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Manage the complete candidate sourcing and initial screening process.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates with relevant skills and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on technical experience, communication skills, availability, and other job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future requirements.
- Engage with candidates professionally and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruitment/ATS systems.




- Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
- Stay updated on LATAM talent markets, sourcing trends, and candidate availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 3 years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with LATAM candidate sourcing and recruitment is required.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
- Strong sourcing skills using Linked In, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with international candidates and across different time zones.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a recruitment team.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Spanish language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Experience recruiting candidates from Spanish-speaking LATAM countries.
- Experience with international or US/LATAM IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment CRM platforms.
