? Position: Academic Counselor

We are looking for freshers or candidates with 6 months+ experience in outbound telecalling who are comfortable working with targets and handling prospective students/candidates.

Requirements ? Candidate Profile
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months+ outbound telecalling experience preferred.
Experience in target-based calling/sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with students/parents over the phone.
Should be comfortable with follow-ups and conversion targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from telecalling, inside sales, education counseling, customer support, or sales backgrounds can apply.
? Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/candidates.
Understand their requirements and provide suitable course/program information.




Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Counsel and guide candidates regarding available programs.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Update candidate/lead information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team for enrollment and onboarding.
Maintain a professional relationship with students throughout the admission process.
