Job Description:

- Perform functional and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional test scenarios and test cases.

- Work across Dynamics 365 CE modules and validate business processes and application functionality.

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

- Develop Playwright automation using C# or Java Script.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing as required.

- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Azure Dev Ops.

- Work with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve defects.





- Work with Power Platform components and understand their integration with Dynamics 365 CE.

- Work with Git Hub Copilot (GHCP) and contribute to automation/testing activities involving AI-powered solutions.

- Perform and/or automate AI Agent Evaluation (Evals) to validate the accuracy, reliability, and expected behavior of AI agents.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated evaluation test suites.

- Participate in designing and enhancing automation frameworks.

- Follow reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation practices.

- Support test execution, reporting, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
