**Timings:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
**Saturday & Sunday:** Fixed Off
**CTC:** Up to ₹6 LPA

## Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Assistant Manager – Arbitrator & Case Management** to manage the onboarding, training, engagement, and coordination of empaneled arbitrators. The role involves working closely with senior legal professionals and ensuring smooth communication and case coordination.
## Key Responsibilities
* Source and onboard potential arbitrators and explain processes, responsibilities, fee structure, and documentation.
* Conduct onboarding and platform training for new arbitrators.
* Organize quarterly refresher training and workshops.
* Prepare training materials, FAQs, manuals, and process guides.
* Act as the primary point of contact for arbitrators regarding ongoing cases and disputes.
* Coordinate hearing schedules and facilitate timely orders.




* Manage Whats App groups and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.
* Maintain updated arbitrator, training, and certification records.
* Collect arbitrator feedback and support process improvements.
* Stay updated with relevant arbitration laws and regulations.
## Requirements
* **LLB, B. Com, BMS, or related qualification.**
* 1+ year of experience in **legal operations, arbitration, stakeholder management, training, or case coordination**.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interact confidently with senior professionals.
* Excellent coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, and Power Point**.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn recent platforms and systems.
* Proactive, responsible, resilient, and willing to take initiative.
