About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand project briefs, RFPs (Request for Proposal), and client inquiries for web, mobile, and software solutions.
2. Assist in conducting discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technical expectations.
3. Collaborate with technical leads to define project scope, feature lists, and effort estimates.
4. Prepare compelling business proposals, scope of work (SOW), and presentation pitch decks.
5. Conduct competitor and market research to support proposal strategies.
6. Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with onboarded clients.
7. Document clear business requirements, including BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD/SRS, and Agile User Stories with acceptance criteria.
8. Create basic wireframes, screen mockups, and workflow diagrams using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Whimsical.
9. Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure features are built according to specifications.
10. Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and backlog refinement meetings.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare client demo presentations for milestone sign-offs.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Client-facing English)
12. Requirement Gathering & Business Documentation (BRD / FRD / User Stories)
13. Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Agile/Scrum
Wireframing & Prototyping (Figma / Balsamiq / Draw.io)
14. Project Management Tools (Jira / Trello / Confluence - basic knowledge is a plus)
15. MS Office / Google Workspace (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint / Google Slides).
