Our products include Whalexy, a WhatsApp Business API automation platform, and MobiusEMS, an employee and workforce management platform.

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to take ownership of the MobiusEMS mobile application for Android and iOS.

Job Summary

As a Mobile App Developer, you will develop, maintain, and improve mobile application features used by employees and managers for attendance, leave management, tasks, payslips, approvals, notifications, and field operations.

You will work directly with our tech lead and founding team, contributing to the complete development lifecycle, from UI implementation and backend integration to testing and app store releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the MobiusEMS mobile application for Android and iOS.
- Build mobile application features using Flutter or React Native.
- Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time services.
- Implement state management and application navigation.
- Develop offline functionality, local data storage, and secure data synchronization.
- Implement location-based attendance, geofencing, and background services.
- Integrate push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Write and maintain tests for critical application features.
- Manage app builds, versioning, and releases on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaborate with backend developers and the founding team to deliver reliable product features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of hands-on mobile application development experience.




- Solid proficiency in Flutter and Dart or React Native with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience developing and maintaining at least one published mobile application.
- Knowledge of state management tools such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, or Zustand.
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and backend integration.
- Knowledge of local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, Isar, or AsyncStorage.
- Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging and push notifications.
- Familiarity with Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with both Flutter and React Native.
- Knowledge of Android background location, geofencing, and foreground services.
- Understanding of Clean Architecture or MVVM.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Codemagic, Expo EAS, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with automated mobile application testing.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Firebase, or Supabase.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
