Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with 5+ years of experience to train and develop our internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team based on their day-to-day requirements and challenges.
- Understand individual and team performance gaps and develop practical training solutions.
- Train the team on sales techniques, communication, pitching, objection handling, customer engagement, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Explain concepts using real-life examples, storytelling, role plays, case studies, and practical scenarios.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to understand business requirements and create relevant training programs.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and performance improvement support.
- Track training effectiveness and identify areas requiring additional coaching.
- Help the sales team improve their product knowledge, confidence, communication, and overall sales performance.

Candidate Profile





5+ years of experience in Sales Training / Sales / Learning & Development.

- Strong experience working with and training sales teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and conceptual explanation skills.
- Should be able to understand sales challenges and convert them into practical training and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer-handling techniques.

Preferred Background

EdTech / Education Sales

US IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales

- Candidates who have personally worked in sales and later moved into sales training/coaching will be preferred.

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

Employment: Full-Time

Ideal candidate: A hands-on sales qualified who understands real-world sales challenges and can coach, explain, motivate, and develop salespeople through practical training.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
