Role Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Telecaller to reach out to prospective clients and candidates. Your primary role will be to initiate conversations, explain our recruitment solutions, generate qualified leads, and ensure a seamless communication experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, candidates, and businesses using a provided database.
- Clearly explain the features and perks of our staffing services and hiring platform.
- Understand the requirements of the person on the phone and provide relevant solutions.




- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our internal system.
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure high conversion and closure rates.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for outbound calls and successful connections.

Candidate Requirements:

- Skills: Excellent speaking and verbal communication skills. Strong convincing and active listening abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in Basic/Good English and Hindi.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates in B2C Sales, B2B Sales, or Outbound BPO can apply.
- Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass or above.
- Attributes: Confident, polite, target-oriented, and resilient.

Work Details:

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Industry: HR Solutions / Recruitment Agency / BPO

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
