Job Description:
HireOze is hiring an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and optimize marketplace accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, and promotions.
- Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversions, and ROAS/ACOS.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and account performance.
- Prepare performance reports and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.




- Practical experience with Amazon and Flipkart is essential.
- Knowledge of marketplace ads, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplace accounts.

Additional Information:

- First month is probation, with 50% of the finalized monthly salary paid.
- Quarterly performance incentives are available based on performance.
