Role OverviewThe Legal Intern assists the in-house legal team with regulatory research, contract reviews, and daily compliance tracking for digital financial products, payments, or lending operations.Key Responsibilities

- Legal Research: Research laws on data privacy (like DPDP), digital lending guidelines (RBI/SEC regulations), and electronic payments.
- Contract Review: Help draft, proofread, and organize Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and basic terms of service.
- Compliance Support: Maintain trackers for regulatory filings, licenses, and corporate governance updates.
- Due Diligence: Support background checks and legal vetting for new business partners, merchants, or financial products.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program (or LL.M.) at a recognized law school.
- Skills: Robust research skills, familiarity with legal databases, and clear written communication.
- Interest: A strong interest in technology law, finance, banking regulations, or corporate law.
