Job Description

Frameboxx Nagpur is seeking an experienced and skilled 3D, VFX & Graphic Design Faculty member to train students in industry-relevant creative software, design principles, 3D production, animation, and visual effects.

The ideal candidate must have prior professional teaching, training, or relevant industry experience, strong software proficiency, and a portfolio demonstrating practical work. The candidate should be capable of delivering hands-on training, guiding students through live projects, and helping them develop industry-ready portfolios and showreels.

Freshers and candidates without relevant professional experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training sessions in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, VFX, compositing, graphic design, and motion graphics, according to expertise.
- Train students on industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Teach design fundamentals, colour theory, typography, composition, visual storytelling, and professional production workflows.
- Guide students through practical assignments, creative projects, portfolio development, and showreel preparation.
- Evaluate student performance, provide technical feedback, and monitor progress.
- Demonstrate industry-standard techniques and troubleshoot software-related issues.




- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices and software developments.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, syllabus progress, and student performance reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure quality training and timely syllabus completion.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in 3D, VFX, Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience in an institute, training centre, or skilled environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of relevant software and production workflows.
- Demonstrable portfolio or showreel of professional work.
- Positive communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and guide students through practical projects.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline is preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on relevant experience, software proficiency, portfolio quality, and teaching capability.

Work Location: On-site, Dharampeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
