About the Role

Stay On Vacation is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reservations & Booking Executive to join our hospitality team in Nashik. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest enquiries, assisting customers with property recommendations, converting enquiries into bookings, and ensuring a smooth reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and booking enquiries from guests.
Understand guest requirements such as destination, dates, number of guests, budget and preferences.
Provide suitable property recommendations based on guest requirements.
Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with potential guests and maintain regular communication.
Explain property details, facilities, pricing, availability and booking policies clearly.
Coordinate with property owners and internal teams regarding reservations and guest requirements.
Maintain accurate booking and customer information.
Handle guest questions and resolve basic booking-related concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive, helpful and solution-oriented attitude while interacting with customers.




Work towards achieving daily, monthly and quarterly booking/conversion targets.

Qualification & Skills

Graduate in any stream – Freshers can also apply.

Candidates from the Hospitality / Hotel Management / Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred (Not Mandatory).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and pleasant personality with positive customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Comfortable handling multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with email, WhatsApp and booking/CRM systems.
