Roles & Responsibilities
1. IT Support & System Maintenance
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to computers, printers, and hospital IT
systems.
- Support basic system updates, software installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Resolve issues related to firewall, Server, EMR software etc in co-ordinate with
head office
2. Electrical & Maintenance Support
- Perform routine electrical checks and coordinate repairs for lift and hospital
equipments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical systems, lights, AC units, and essential
hospital infrastructure.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
