About the Role

At Decofice, we're looking for a skilled and proactive Interior Site Engineer to manage on-site execution of residential and commercial interior projects across Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to independently coordinate contractors, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Oversee daily execution of interior projects, from initial site work to final finishing.
- Supervise carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Verify site measurements, workmanship, and finishing quality.

2. Contractor & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and designers.
- Plan daily activities, monitor progress, and resolve on-site challenges.
- Ensure timely material availability, deliveries, and installations.

3. Quality Control & Reporting

- Conduct quality checks and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Identify defects, prepare snag lists, and oversee rectification.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, and material records.
- Track project timelines and support final project handovers.

4. Technical Coordination

- Read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Identify and resolve drawing-related discrepancies with the design team.




- Ensure all work follows approved designs and technical specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in interior site execution and supervision.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, flooring, and finishing materials.
- Experience in residential interiors, villas, or premium interior projects preferred.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and contractor teams.
- Good understanding of working drawings and basic AutoCAD proficiency.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, site reporting, and material tracking.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
