Nlink Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales & Client Delivery Manager to drive business development, build client relationships, and coordinate project delivery across AI, data operations, KPO, localisation, and technology-enabled services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B services sales, client acquisition, proposal development, and account management, with the ability to manage opportunities from initial outreach through closure and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in domestic and international markets.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct client discovery discussions to understand requirements, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing notes, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to develop suitable service solutions.
- Manage client relationships, project onboarding, expectations, and ongoing communication.
- Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, risks, and scope changes.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and work towards revenue and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, sales pipeline, and client activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, client management, or services outsourcing.
- Experience in IT/software services, BPO/KPO, AI/data services, localisation, translation, or research outsourcing is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong client relationship management and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and take ownership of commitments.

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling international clients, especially in the US, UK, or Europe.
- Exposure to AI-enabled services, data annotation, technology services, or outsourcing solutions.
- Experience preparing SOWs, RFPs, or RFI responses.

Work Mode

The role can be based at our Dehradun office or offered as Work From Home, depending on the candidate and business requirements. Occasional calls outside regular Indian business hours may be required to coordinate with international clients.
