Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee building projects from concept through completion. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to develop functional, safe, sustainable, and visually appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, construction documents, and specifications.

- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and design objectives.

- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and other engineering consultants.

- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, and safety standards.

- Prepare presentations, renderings, and design proposals for clients and stakeholders.





- Use architectural and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.

- Assist with planning applications, permits, and regulatory approvals.

- Review contractor drawings, material submissions, and project documentation.

- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs.

- Resolve design and technical issues that arise during construction.

- Incorporate sustainable design principles, appropriate materials, and energy-effective solutions.

- Manage project schedules, design deliverables, and documentation.

- Maintain accurate project records and communicate progress to clients and project teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
