Tech Solar Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a solar EPC company specializing in Commercial and Industrial (C&I;) Rooftop Solar, Open Access Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Hybrid Energy Solutions across India.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage and coordinate the execution of Open Access solar projects, including solar and solar-plus-BESS installations. The candidate should have a sound understanding of electrical systems, project coordination, and site execution, along with basic working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate the execution of Open Access solar projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
- Assist in reviewing electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), AC/DC systems, and project layouts.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), technical documentation, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Conduct site visits across India for project assessment, feasibility, and execution monitoring.
- Monitor project progress, quality,



safety, and adherence to timelines.
- Support commissioning activities and coordinate with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) team.
- Assist with documentation related to Open Access requirements and electrical interconnection.
- Maintain project reports, site records, and progress updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in solar project engineering or execution.
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D is required.
- Understanding of electrical SLDs, AC/DC systems, and BOM preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good understanding of electrical systems and solar project execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- Consistent career history and commitment to long-term qualified growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

A technically sound and proactive Project Engineer with experience in solar project execution, good coordination skills, and basic AutoCAD knowledge, willing to travel across India for project-related responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
