- Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and other basic sales documents.
- Maintain customer details, sales records, and transaction data.
- Use MS Excel for data entry, basic formulas, and report preparation.
- Use MS Word to prepare letters, documents, and other office-related paperwork.
- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and other records.
- Perform basic computer and administrative tasks as required.
