About Playhauz

Playhauz is a premium Social Studio and Event Atelier in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, offering a unique venue for celebrations, private events, brand activations, workshops, gaming experiences, content shoots and customized venue takeovers.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can take qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings and sales.

Job Responsibilities

· Contact leads generated through Facebook and Instagram ads.

· Explain event packages, birthday party plans, and other event services to customers.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages based on their budget.

· Negotiate pricing and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Upsell add-on services and premium packages to increase sales.

· Follow up with potential customers and maintain positive customer relationships.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements

· Candidates from a hospitality, hotel, restaurant, event management, or guest service background preferred.

· Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

· Good negotiation, convincing,



and sales-closing abilities.

· Customer-focused, energetic, and target-oriented.

· Experience in selling event packages or hospitality services will be an advantage.
