Job Title: Accountant (SAP Experienced)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional with 3–4 years of expertise in SAP software and core finance functions. The candidate will lead a team of 3–4 members, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 accounting staff.
- Manage daily accounting operations including ledger scrutiny and bank reconciliation.
- Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet and financial statements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST Returns and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle TDS and TCS calculations, deductions, and returns.
- Manage e-Way Bill generation and e-Invoicing processes.
- Oversee PF & ESI compliance, filings, and employee records.
- Coordinate with banks for reconciliation and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory laws,



and audit requirements.
- Provide accurate financial data for management decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3–4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP software.
- Proficiency in GST compliance, TDS/TCS, PF & ESI, and statutory filings.
- Experience in finalization of accounts and ledger scrutiny.
- Knowledge of e-Way Bill and e-Invoicing processes.
- Solid analytical, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
