Position: Founder's Office – Strategic Partnerships, Growth & Operations Associate

HighTable is looking for a motivated and proactive professional to work closely with the founders and contribute to building and expanding its ecosystem. This role offers an chance to work across strategy, partnerships, business growth, community development, marketing, and operations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, executing initiatives, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporates, technology companies, consulting firms, and media partners, from initial outreach to partnership activation.
- Growth & Community Development: Expand and strengthen HighTable's network of CXOs, GCC leaders, founders, and other key ecosystem stakeholders.
- Events & Programs: Plan, coordinate, and execute roundtables, leadership forums, networking sessions, and exclusive industry gatherings.
- Marketing & Brand Visibility:



Support LinkedIn content, email campaigns, partner communications, and initiatives to strengthen HighTable's brand presence.
- Business Operations: Maintain CRM systems, manage trackers, monitor partnership pipelines, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Research & Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, GCC developments, enterprise opportunities, and leadership insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
- Work Mode: Work from office
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: ₹3–3.5 LPA, plus performance-based incentives and yearly bonus
