Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and experience in handling multiple job openings and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented approach with strong time-management skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
