The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers. This role involves developing strong customer rapport, understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CRM will also work to improve customer retention, increase customer lifetime value, and enhance overall brand experience.
