- Material Sourcing & Procurement: Procure site essentials such as cement, TMT steel bars, sand, aggregates, ready-mix concrete (RMC), finishing items, plumbing, and electrical supplies. [1, 2]
- Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining an updated database of pricing, credit terms, and lead times. [1]
- Negotiation & Cost Control: Request quotations (RFQs), prepare comparative statements, and negotiate best-value pricing, payment schedules, and delivery terms. [1]
- Purchase Orders & Documentation: Issue formal purchase orders (POs), track dispatches, and reconcile delivery challans, bills, and goods receipt notes (GRN) with the accounts team. [1]
- Site Coordination: Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and storekeepers to prevent material shortages or overstocking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
