Job Summary:
Provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience by assisting customers in selecting premium watches, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Recommend premium watches based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain product knowledge and store display standards.
- Handle billing, stock, and after-sales service support.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (luxury, watches, jewelry, or fashion preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented with a professional appearance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
