Position: Customer Support Executive – Travel Voice

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Freshers Welcome

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 In-Hand

Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through voice support for travel-related services.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Demonstrate active listening, problem-solving,



and customer-handling skills.
