The Role
We are looking for a Sales Head – Team Leader to build, lead and mentor our sales team, own revenue targets and drive consistent deal closures.
Responsibilities
· Lead, coach and motivate a team of Sales Executives
· Set targets, track the pipeline and own team revenue
· Run daily and weekly reviews, lead follow-ups and site visits
· Support the team in closing high-value deals
· Hire, onboard and train current sales team members
· Report sales performance and market insights
Requirements
· 4+ years in real estate sales; 2+ years leading a sales team
· Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong knowledge of the market
· Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
· Hands-on, target-driven and comfortable with field work
· Available to join immediately
