Job Overview

Exotic Education is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Loan Executive to manage leads for our education loan product for students planning to study abroad.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, experience in telecalling or customer handling, and the ability to follow up with students and parents to collect the required documents for education loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and parents who enquire about education loans for overseas education.
- Explain education loan options, eligibility criteria, and the application process.
- Follow up regularly with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Collect, check, and organise the documents required for loan applications.
- Coordinate with students, parents, and the loan processing team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update follow-up status in the CRM or tracking system.
- Follow up on pending documents and application progress.
- Work towards assigned calling, follow-up, and application conversion targets.





Requirements

- Must be a graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, banking, finance, or loan processing.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Moderate English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and MS Office.
- Good follow-up, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple leads.
