Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to drive business development and sales of process equipment in the food and beverage industry. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads through B2B sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and project delivery.
- Build relationships with customers, consultants, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal service and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support after-sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development of capital equipment.
- Knowledge of WTP, ETP, RO, STP, and related process equipment.
- Experience in water treatment, UV disinfection, HVAC, food processing, or fruit processing is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of visualization tools is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
