- Lead and oversee curriculum implementation across the Primary Section (Nursery to Grade 5)
- Ensure alignment of academic planning with standards
- Facilitate collaborative planning sessions and mentor teachers in inquiry-based teaching
- Support teachers through classroom observations, feedback, and lesson planning
- Serve as academic liaison with examination boards; maintain audit-ready documentation
- Design and conduct training sessions and PD programs for staff
- Coordinate with leadership on academic planning and budget input
- Supervise the Primary academic team in a dotted-line capacity
- Organize parent orientation sessions and support stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field
- 1–5 years of experience in primary education, including 1–3 years in a coordinator or academic leadership role

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
