WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (CSE)

ULSCS Freight Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our team.

Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Preferred: Candidates with Import & Export / Freight Forwarding knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling customer queries and shipment updates
- Coordinating with customers, shipping lines, airlines, CHA & transporters
- Preparing and maintaining shipment-related documents
- Tracking import/export shipments and providing regular updates
- Coordinating for bookings, documentation, clearance & delivery
- Maintaining proper communication and follow-ups with customers

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Import & Export / Logistics / Freight Forwarding
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel




- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with customers
- Freshers with relevant knowledge are also welcome

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
(Depending on knowledge, skills & experience)

Location: O.P Road, Vadodara, Gujarat
