Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Team Leader – Student Visa Process to manage student visa applications, supervise the processing team, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with the latest visa regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international student visa processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to guide and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and allocate work to the student visa processing team to ensure timely completion of applications.
- Guide students and agents on student visa processes for the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Current Zealand, and European countries.
- Oversee document collection, verification, application preparation, and submission.
- Review visa files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
- Monitor application status, deadlines, pending documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with students, agents, universities, and relevant authorities to resolve queries and processing issues.
- Train and mentor team members on visa documentation, application procedures, and process updates.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration rules, visa requirements, and country-specific procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and regular reports on team performance and application status.
- Identify process gaps,



resolve operational challenges, and improve team efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality of student information and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in student visa processing.
- Prior experience handling or mentoring a visa processing team is required.
- Practical knowledge of end-to-end student visa application procedures.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- English and Hindi proficiency required; Gujarati proficiency is essential.
- Willingness to work from the Surat office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
