Job Description:We are seeking an accurate, efficient, and customer-focused Supermarket Billing Executive to handle POS counter operations, process customer purchases quickly, manage cash/digital transactions, and ensure smooth checkout operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer purchases accurately using POS billing software (barcode scanning, price entry, invoice generation).
- Handle daily cash transactions, credit/debit card payments, UPI, and digital wallet settlements.
- Tally daily cash drawer balances at the start and end of shifts to ensure zero cash mismatches.
- Apply valid promotional discounts, membership schemes, and gift vouchers correctly during checkout.




- Assist customers with price queries, returns/exchanges, and general bill-related issue resolution politely.
- Coordinate with inventory and stock teams to report barcode discrepancies or damaged goods.

Requirements:

- Proven 1 to 3 years of experience as a Billing Executive, Cashier, or POS Operator in a supermarket, grocery chain, or retail store.
- Good working knowledge of retail POS billing software and payment terminals (EDC machines, UPI scanners).
- Basic numerical agility, accuracy in handling cash, and attention to detail under high peak-hour volume.
- Solid customer service skills with clear communication in local and basic English languages.
- Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Graduate / Diploma.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
