- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming spare parts into designated bins and warehouse shelves. [1, 2]
- Order Fulfillment: Issue parts to workshop technicians against approved job cards or pick lists, and pack/verify orders for dispatch. [1, 2]
- Stock Control: Track inventory levels, monitor reorder points, report stock shortages, and assist with periodic stock audits. [1]
- Documentation: Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs), maintain inward and outward stock registers, and handle counter billing or invoicing. [1]
- Coordination: Communicate with service advisors, vendors, and the parts manager to resolve backorders or verify part numbers and VIN specifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (Plus Two), Diploma, or ITI in Automobile, Mechanical,



or a related field; some roles prefer a bachelor's degree in business or supply chain. [1]
- Experience: Prior experience in automotive spare parts, warehousing, or inventory control. [1, 2]
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS), inventory software, or MS Excel, plus basic knowledge of automotive components. [1, 2, 3]
- Soft Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and customer service abilities

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
