Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office & Documentation Executive to manage daily office documentation, data entry, filing, and administrative support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word and MS Excel.

Handle typing, data entry, printing, scanning, and photocopying.

Maintain physical and digital files and records systematically.

Manage front desk documentation and incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Maintain registers, reports, and office records.

Assist with daily administrative and back-office operations.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality,



and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

3–5 years of experience in office administration, documentation, or back-office operations.

Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.

Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Positive organizational and communication skills.
