Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Installation Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of modular interior, kitchen, and wardrobe installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for project delivery, team management, vendor coordination, quality control, and timely completion of projects across multiple locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

- Manage the end-to-end execution of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior installation projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and installation schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Identify project risks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure timely project completion.

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and manage field and office teams, including measurement executives, site inspectors, project managers, installation teams, and carpenters.
- Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and improve team productivity.
- Promote a collaborative, quality-focused, and safety-conscious work environment.

Process Improvement & Reporting





- Develop and implement SOPs and quality checklists for installation processes.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering project progress, delivery timelines, and performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce material wastage, control costs, and improve installation efficiency.

Vendor & Customer Management

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
- Negotiate vendor rates, service terms, and SLAs.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve quality or supply-related issues.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve on-site installation challenges professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or installation management within modular furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-outs.
- Experience managing multiple residential or commercial projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of project planning, vendor management, quality control, and MIS reporting.
