Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.

Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.

Supervise waiters, stewards, and other service staff.

Explain menu items, daily specials, and food recommendations to guests.

Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food preparation and service.

Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve service issues.

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.

Follow hotel standards for grooming, etiquette, and customer service.

Check guest satisfaction and provide personalized service.

Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.

Coordinate room service, banquets, or other F&B; operations when required.

Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training and daily operations.
